how do you keep nandrolone gyno away?

Ive got me 20ml of npp@100mg/ml and 20ml masteron@150mg/ml
I want to start my next cycle but Ive come over all paraniod about getting gyno is there a fool proof way of preventing gyno if using npp and the likes
dose dostinex really work? or should I run a good dose of aifm or aromasin ?
suggestions, experience's

I'm on Deca right now and have used in the past and besides a little acne and bloat which both can be taken care of with some liqiudex and tanning I have had really no serious sides
 
Nnnnope. Do not use Nolva with nandrolone. It increases chances of gyno with nandrolone.
I think the risks are a little overstated in this community. The fact is that the vast majority of men have no problem using Deca.

You can use aifm , if it ever comes, I hope mine shows up today.
 
I just had to dump NPP from my cycle because of gyno. I was taking Nolva at 40mg ed and it definitely made it worse. AIFM works wonders.
 
cabergoline aka dostinex. I had high prolactin levels a few yrs back due to rampant tren use and my doc prescribed dostinex. Doc also said that deca is a culprit of progesterone as well so he recomended me using dostinex everytime i use one or the other compounds and so far It has worked like a charm.
 
Deca gyno was almost unheard of a few years ago, then I dunno what happened but everyone went nuts and Dostinex became popular. I'd still run Deca without dostinex.

Bro, nolva increases the chances of getting gyno with deca or any substance that is linked to progesterone gyno and AIFM does nothing for it.

Don't get me wrong, AIFM is a great product when you are talking about estrogen related sides just not ideal for prgesterone sides.

Use cabergoline with deca, tren, etc. Some prefer bromocriptine. Either one will do the trick.

it was under reported because people assumed that the cause was the test or dbol that they were taking. the rise of AI use has really made clear the progestenic gyno issue. People have been told so long (via books, gym lore, and the net) its the estrogen only that causes gyno, they just assumed it was true

in truth a lot has come to light because of the rise of these internet forums allowing for free exchange of information and experiences.
 
My last run was test C and deca. I have ran this combo several times with no probs. The last time was a prob. Gyno symptoms at week four.After trying dostinex and dropping nolva and increasing the adex, I dropped the deca and added var an salvaged the cycle. I am unsure if I will ever run deca again. My 2 cents.....
 
Take AIFM and the lowered estrogenic nature might keep progesterone down as well. B6 is cheap and worth a try. I think Tyramine is sort of effective as well and is easy to get (correct me if i'jm wrong Macro...). There are other agents like Bromo, Cabergoline (dostinex/cabaser), Selegine, etc....but they cost a lot more and may not even be needed.

Like Ulter mentioned, most users may not have a problem with nandrolones, but it is out there and becomming more prevalent due to what macro stated (misunderstanding its aromatization from test/dbol in their cycles.).

I think the other thing that people are missing about NPP is that it clears the system faster than the decanoate ester. Therefore, once negative symptoms start occuring, discontinuation can usually result in a quick decline of sides. With NPP, you can find out fairly quick whether or not you are sensitive to nandrolones as the effects are rather quick and dramatic (which can be good or bad for different user's).

well if your suppressing estrogen, that makes it easier.

if you are taking compounds that dont aromatize.

but really you cant, so you deal with both (btw- its progestin not progesterone problem- sounds like nit picking but its a VERY important distinction)


as a note- a progestin problem may also be the suppression of natural progesterone (this can cause as many issues as the progestins themselves)
