How do you heat up the bottle and the syringe as well?

there is a post on the big board about this. i cant remember exactly which post but do some readin youl find it. good info to have too. syringes you can run under warm water angled right to keep water from going in. makes easier to inject

I do Prop, so I run it undwer a hot tap while I have a shower, some out and inject straight away. Doesn't take all the sting away, but certainly helps
