How do you guys rotate ED injections?

I'd like to do a tren/prop cycle, so I'll probably be injecting ED. How does this look?

Day 1: Glute
Day 2: Other Glute
Day 3: Quad
Day 4: Other Quad
Day 5: Delt
Day 6: Other Delt
Day 7: Glute...

Does this look okay?
 
What do you mean by Quad.......The only safe place to inject in the quad is the outer/medial quad or the vastus lateralus.......too risky injecting anywhere else IMO...re: big femerol nerves.

I try to avoid quad shots with tren and prop since they hurt too much for me there. I have just rotated upper outer glutes. There is quite an area to inject into in the upper out glute/hip and a new spot can be found for a long time.

But if you don't mind quad injections then they work fine too.

I do the same thing. I cant do quad shots with fina/prop. I do this, however, I rotate bi shots in as well. Even know its a little painfull, I love the pumps.

I've been doing glutes mon/wed/fri and alternating delts for fina shots the rest of the week.

I was shooting fina and prop in my delts... and the pain was terrible. I dropped the prop... and now it is no problem.
 
I hate glutes too. Hard to do by myself. Quads are definatley my fav. I never hurt after quad injects. I want to try bicep injects. Anyone know a good web site that shows where and how to inject in the bi's?
 
I'd like to do bicep shots, but they're always a bit painful. Tri shots hurt a slight bit for me too, but by far the most painful is calves. I noticed nobody listed them. I understand why.
 
when i did my tren cycle i did 75mg ed, like this

right glute
left glute
1/2cc in each delt
1/2cc in each trap
1/2cc in each bicep


btw i got great site growth in the delts and traps from the tren, but the bicep didnt get as big as i wanted it too, its pritty much my week point, but my bicep from the back looks way better then the front pose.

I rotate between bi's, tri's, delts, quads generally. I throw in glutes when I feel like trying to reach around for a change.
