when i did my tren cycle i did 75mg ed, like this
right glute
left glute
1/2cc in each delt
1/2cc in each trap
1/2cc in each bicep
btw i got great site growth in the delts and traps from the tren, but the bicep didnt get as big as i wanted it too, its pritty much my week point, but my bicep from the back looks way better then the front pose.
