How do you guys keep your gear at "Controlled Room Temperature"?

I find it nearly impossible to keep my Test at the recommended controlled room temperature 24/7. It says 68-77 degrees, the best i can do without running my a/c 24/7 is 81-82 degrees. I hope this won't hurt my gear. Any advice?????

Really? Thats pretty hot. I cant imagine a house being so hot haha. Id say keep it out of the bathroom, put it in a cupboard with shade, and avoid humid conditions. If thats all you can do, then thats all you can do.

Im sure someone more useful will come along. but for now Id store it in a shaded area out of any areas with humidity.

Why is it so hot in your house? I keep my house at 71 year round. I keep my stuff in my dresser drawer where temps stay consistent and there is zero light! If you have a downstairs or basement, keep it there. If my house was 81 degrees id be having rages and punching myself in the face. LOL!! Seriously though keep it out of the light and in a dresser drawer.And if you live on the first floor or what have you, keep it floor level as temps there are lower. Like under a bed in a shoe box or safe.
