3-5 times per week, when your legs are so sore from leg day that you can barely walk? I am sore for 4 days afterwards, and I train legs once a week. Also how does this affect recovery?
I've been doing that for 2 days now. Also when a customer comes in and I have to walk all the way across the shop(20-30 ft) I must look like I took it up the keister lastnight. And I'm pretty sure I didn't.
I never do cardio on leg day or the day after. Still may be sore the second or third day but they will loosen up some. But now it's winter. Minimal cardio during bulking season.

LMAO! I was intending to spend the entire day in my rolley-chair, even if it meant going down the hallway in it, but I've had to get up a few times, (those little wheels don't work so well in the parking lot) and yes, I look like I spent last night the same way.
Riding my bike tends to burn my legs and it relieves my soreness from working legs with weights. I do treadmill 2 x a week and I ride my bike 7-10 miles 2 x a week. Treadmill and bike tends to ease soreness and allow me to recover more quickly.
