People don't ask me. I not exceptionally huge, I'm solid so people think it's just natural or someshit. But if they did ask me, I'd say that it was from the Bowflex.

I just tell them creatine and hard work...
They don't buy thqat shit cause that woul;;d mean thgey would have to lift harder so i just say plenty of curls and bench press, with tons of sit-ups will make you HUGE!!!! ;)
 
I tell them I eat right, sleep alot and workout alot. If they still keep on asking then I just tell them what I eat when I bulk.
 
I just say creatine. Only regular lifters would know that that's complete bullshit.

I read on a different thread some people criticizing creatine. Are there people here that thought creatine had anything to do with getting big?

Unfortunatly, as only an average looking lifter, I rarely get asked this question in public.
I do get asked what I do to get such big Shoulders for my size..

I usually answer "My Irish/Scottish Mom married a Sicilian/Cherokee Indian, and that combination is what you see"
