Yeah, then there's also the "pinch" test which has a device that pinches behind your arm and measures BF% based on that. This method is less accurate. You could also buy a high-end scale. They usually calculate you're BF% as well, but it is only based on you're height and weight I believe. So you could be tall and thin, with little muscle and more fat, and it would give like the same reading as someone who is just as tall and weighed the same, but had more muscle. I could be wrong on this one though. Someone please confirm my deduction.
