when doing winny depot do you shake it up or leave it settled and then abstrack it and if you shake it how do you get it all out of the amp???

no joke water boy in the amp the stuff sticks to the side i want to get all i can out of it and when it setteles. can I take it out with a 18gage and mix it in the syringe???

Jack the ba-geez out of it. Then inject. You HAVE to make sure that it is properly mixed.

What the fuck! what you want to do is turn the vial end on end to mix it. Remember, winny is partical suspension. Shaking it could mess with it. (I am not 100% certain on this but why tke a chance?)
I worked at one of the largest pharm companies in the world and you never want to shake protiens and particle solutions becuase it can break the shit down. That is fact!
I know what your talking about....what I do is the night before I will mix it around for a little while (end over end) then let is stand overnight on end. In the AM, you will not have to do so much to mix it cause it won't be sticking to the sides.
