How do you do it?

I have read all these posts with people saying, "I've gained 15 pounds and dropped 2% bodyfat on my last cycle" and "I've gained 10 pounds and droped 3-4% BF" Well I want to know how in the hell do you do this!
I mean, are these people really overweight so the fat just melts off?
I just started a sustanon/eq/winny cycle w/ arimidex and would like to gain at least 10 pounds and try to drop a percent or two of bodyfat.
For those of you who have had results of gaining muscle and loosing fat on a cycle, would you please (1) let me know what you were cycling. (2) what kind of shape you were in before you started. (3) what kind of diet you maintained throughout the weeks. (4) what your cardio/training splits were. (5) and any extra info you think I would need...

Do you think arimidex is necessary with winny and EQ? Are you using it to prevent gyno, or to keep water weight off, or something else that I don't know about?

Well, everybody is different. Plus, the longer you go, the harder it is. If you started out at 170, then to gain 10 pounds and drop bf won't be so hard. Once you are 240, you should be glad to gain 8 pounds and not gain fat, or only gain a little.

I dunno. I never had a cycle where I gained 30 pounds either, but then I never wanted to gain the weight that quickly.
 
As long as you do cardio and have a good solid diet I think it is very possable to reach those goals on your surrent cycle. How many cals are you eating right now ?

I have the arimidex to keep out the water bloat...
Its still summer and want to stay lean.
I am eating about 3300 cals a day with atleast 250 grams of protein.
I run three days a week and lift four days...
Does this look right for those results?
 
when i started my cycle about 8 weeks ago i was between 23 n 25% BF....now im down to around 16%,,,

my diet is very dial in and im doing 30min of cardio 4-5 times a week

its not all about the juice..diet and cardio are a must
 
so far i went from 220 to 235/240 and lost about 7 % bf.

my strength is up but i train very strict and fast so it makes it hard to go heavy...every couple weeks i will make one day a heavy low rep day....i train one body part a day..


mon..chest
tues..legs
wed...back
thurs..shoulders
friday..arms

cardio and abs 4-5 days a week in the morning on an empty stomach


i cut out all bread and pasta...i do have a little bit of rice and that is it on starches...i eat a lot of red meat..probably too much but i make sure its very lean cuts..but my diet is pretty simple .just a lot of protein and vegs ...

i just added insulin into my cycle so im adjusting my diet a bit during the day.
 
14 pounds on Ox, this was how

was down to 182 lbs, thanks to 3 months of PGF2a abuse (?), but also not to show some fat. So now 196 lbs, 14 up, and abs are showing. So i am in a better condition. Don't know how much fat was losed. Not that much, since i do not have much. Also Ox is know to reduce the thin layer of fat just under the surface.
Am on it for 11 weeks already.
If i losed 1%, maybe 2% maximum, then it is much.
This morning weight was 197,5 lbs. Maybe this goes down again, but anyway, it seems that my weight still is going up, but slower (80 mgr/day).
No diet, no protein (ouch, no one wants to hear that).
More cardio since cholesterol is high. This also is a draw back for gaining weight.
If things go as i want, then i will break the 200 lbs barrier and this with Oxandrolone only.
I will be on it untill september, so by then i will know what this drug really does.
