How do you cut up without losing size

Mr. Rob

New member
I'm 6'2", about 280 lbs. The trouble I have is when I start cutting up, I lose a lot of my size. Does anyone have any suggestions, diets, routines, stacks that I can check out? I have 21--1/2 inch arms at this time, but I know I'll lose most of it and maybe end up with 18" again. I have been going after mass, but I know I'll need to cut up soon. I know there is no right way to do this, but the more information I have to research, the better choice I can make for myself.

Well, it depends. Are you going to do a cutting cycle, or are you cutting up without gear?

How have you tried to cut up previously? You are 280#, but how much fat do you want to lose?

What other fat loss drugs have you tried, or are willing to try? Dnp, t3, clen, ephedrine, yohimbe, etc.

You got to help us help you.

you didnt mention what your body fat % is. Im 5 9 195 with 17.5 inch arms so for u to lose that much size on your arms is inprobable, unless you are really fat, in which case it is inevitable that you will lose size. Get your body fat % and then figure out your lean mass and youll have a better idea of how light u can get without losing muscle.

I think it depends on your amount of bodyfat. If you have 20% bodyfat then a lot of that extra arm size is fat and when you diet it's definately going to dissappear. There is no way you are going to keep every inch of arm size when cutting as your fat loss will cause a decrease in girth measurements. Who cares if you have 21" arms if you're packing some fat on them? Hell my grandma has bigger arms than me. Now if you're already very lean and don't have much fat to speak of on your arms and you're losing that much size then something is wrong.

If you want to ensure you keep most of your muscle mass when dieting then keep your calorie deficit mild and keep protein intake high. If you lose more than a pound a week you will be risking muscle loss. If you shoot for a pound a week and keep protein intake high you can keep most of the muscle. Also gear will definately make a big difference and if you're natural up to this point you may walk away from your cutting cycle with more muscle than you had when you started.

if your bf% is high, then obviously you can expect to lose size while cutting up. cutting up is the removal of most of your fat, and if your arms are 21.5 inches, riddled with fat, than it is inevitable to lose size. remember that although your arms maybe huge, they dont look like shit unless theyre cut, so id sacrifice tons of fat for tons of cuts. just my .02

it doesn't really matter what your bf% is.....unless you're like 2 or 3. You're going to loose size. For a cutting cycle I'd suggest a winny/clen/primo cycle. That ought to cut you up pretty good.

FINA, WINNY , EQ CYCLE AFTER A CLEN , T3 , ECA CYCLE... GOOD DIET AROUND 3000 CALS, LOTS OF MORNING AND LATE NIGHT CARDIO... DONT WORRY ABOUT LOOSING YOUR SIZE , YOU WILL LOOK TWICE AS BIG WHEN YOUR CUT UP..:D
