How do you cheat?

Just wondering what people do on here for cheat meals. This follows on from a thread I posted about progress stalling in which a couple of people stated their approach to cheat meals and I was hoping to get more opinions of what people do,

I didn't post up a poll on this (yet) because there are too many variations.

Two weeks ago I tried an "all you can eat" cheat meal, but end up quite bloated from it for a few days (I ate WAY too much in one sitting). Yesterday I did a few small cheat meals as a "cheat day" and it worked quite well. I ended up taking in a small pizza, some aberdeen angus beef, spaghetti, lots of ice cream and some other crap, but as I spread it throughout the day I didn't get much bloat at all and am pretty much back to normal after being really strict today.

My diet the other 6 days of the week is very strict, so I'm looking for ideas of what to do (if anything) on day 7.

Kudos to you if you mean able to diet strictly constantly without cheating. Do you not find your progress stalls, and that you're psychologically drained for going without cheat meals?
 
I take a day each week to eat whatever I want. Usually it ends up being a couple donuts in the morning with a protein shake, going out to eat somewhere for lunch and a couple slices of pizza for dinner. My only rules are to keep my water intake above 1 gallon and protein at 200g. Works pretty good for me, I'm usually pretty bloated the day after but its gone by the next day.

Honestly, do you feel it's worth it? Is it spontanious or planned? If that's your schedule, ou must be taking in over a hunder grams of protein at lunch....unless those three meals were your only "cheat" meal.....can I ask your stats?
 
Yeah i eat pretty much whenever I feel like it on my cheat day. I have a protein shake with any meals that are low in protein, pizza for example. I'm 6'4" 210 lbs and I'd guess around 10% bodyfat.
