How do you all stay motivated?

If you want to be motivated you have to have goals and reasons
to go to gym.If you're trying to gain mass and strength you should set goals for each workout you .You should try to improve all your lifts and get one more rep on each exercise on every training session until you get strong enough to add more weight.
If you go to gym to just lift without having a certain goal you will
get bored quickly, but if you set goals for every workout, training will present a challenge for you and it will become something that you'll look forward to.
Also, don't train to frequently because you might overtrain...
 
You want to be motivated? Imagine yourself shirtless on the beach with a big fat gut and your thighs rubbing together eating a Wendy's triple and a Frosty milkshake. You want to look like that? Now get your ass to the gym and pump some iron you lazy mofo!
 
I agree with setting a goal for yourself. Remember you are in a battle with yourself and not others. Hard to do when the guy next to you is 300+lbs. benching 500.
