How do people who get scaked get jobs so soon again?

One was a federal agency, no problem handing out shitty references there.
Unysis, no policy against it there.
Now, a 2200 employee corporation, no problem with it here either.

The ONE lousy good job that I had in my life was because a friend was able to get me into it. You gotta know people. The only kind of jobs that make it to the newspaper are ones that are either extremely specialized, or they are so crappy that the people who already work there wouldn't dream of getting their friends into it. A good job/company on the other hand, will always have someone working there who has a friend or relative to recommend, and therefore no need to advertise.
