open the picture and get the properties (copy)
when you do your post...insert the properties of that picture between

I have no clue what you just said, but I'll attempt it.:D
 
1) upload your pic to your gallery
2) after putting the picture in your gallery, click on it (so it is full size).
3) Then right click on the full sized pic and select "Properties."
4) It should bring up an URL address...copy this url.
5)Now, from the thread you want to post up the pics, click "post reply"
6) Click on the "IMG" button. This will activate a pop up box, "Explorer User Prompt."
7) Paste the url address of the pic you previously copied and hit "enter"

You should be good to go!

PH - i have been training consistently for 3 years now. I lost a substantial amount of weight and gained alot of muscle. I got too skinny at one point i think i was down to 140 which, for me, at 5'7", was too little. i havent done anything in the way of dieting in over 2 years and i have lifted heavier in the last 2 years as well. I have gained 25 lbs and im up to about 165 lbs now. My bodyfat is too high and i need to work on the diet. I have a hard time with it i.e. food issues due to being overweight for so long. My training has never slacked, but my diet completely sucks LOL My goals right now are to straighten out the diet and lean up a bit. I think 150 or so is a good weight for me based on my density
 
Excellent post. It is really nice to read that you are realistic in the approach that you are taking towards self betterment.

Smurfy your guns look great. We are fairly similar in terms of LBM I'm guessing. I'm 5'6" and weigh about 143, roughly 16% bf. What do you bicep curl if you dont mind me asking?
 
ANYA - oh boy LOL im alot bigger (and fatter too LOL). i'm 5'7 and 165 lbs (guesstimate) and my bf%? well i would say im low 20s. My leanest i was 140 lbs and 15% (in the ab pic) and that was 2 yrs ago.

As far as bicep curls, I'll have you know that i am not as strong as i appear LOL In fact, im embarassingly weak. I use the 15 & 20 lb dumbells i do 3-4 sets 10-12 reps. I dont spend alot of time on biceps as they get worked pretty hard on back day. I might finish up a back day with 3-4 sets of dumbells or maybe cable curls and thats it. If i was leaner, I'm sure my "guns" would look more impressive LOL!

Well heck we're pretty close in terms of LBM though. Your 140 and 15% is about the same as my 143 and 16%. We're in dead heat it looks like on the bicep curls. My 15RM is 40lbs on the barbell curl. Maybe it was just the angle of the shot but your arms looked a lot bigger than mine.

Your torso looked good in those shots. Mine is pretty short, most of my height is in my legs. You looked a LOT taller than me with that upper body.

So your principle goal right now is cutting?
 
Yah i'd like to get my diet straightened out. And yes, my torso is long i have very short stocky legs LOL no one can believe when they see me that i am actually 5'7.
