Then go to the website of whichever BIOS you have a read their faq about flashing it.

i suggest looking at fashion magazines and then sitting down with the bios and showing it "how out of touch" it really is.

What he said. You'll have to make a DOS boot disk, generally speaking, put the contents of their BIOS zip file on it, and run the flash program after boot.
