How do I reduce bloating?

I am taking 700 mg test e and 300 tren e weekly. I am on week 12 and I am very bloated. I have a 6 pack but not noticeable unless I suck my stomach in. I am 25 6'0 197 lbs 10% body fat. Any ideas?

The only thing I am taking is dosinex. I have some prami and letro on the way.

dostinex is great for possible prolactin but you need to be on aromasin or forma to prevent estrogen bro... this is causing you to bloat... you definitely should use forma for pct...
