How Do I Keep My Size

I Just Finished My Cycle And I Gained 25lbs I Would Like 2 Keep Most Of My Gains...any Advice On How To Keep Most Of It.. Any Thing I Need To Take Right Now Like Pro Hormones... Thanks 4 The Advice.

Diet is key bro. Whats your BF%? Work out in phases, there are 4 or five 2 weeks each one. If you go back to the first one, medium cardio 3 sets light wieght. something like that. Pretend like you have been out of the gym for months and go slow. You can't work out like you have been. Start at the begining. Diet is key. Not Hormones, get your own back. Good luck. Oh yeah, don't party to hard. lol

depending on the length of that cycle at least half of your gains are fat, 1/3 is water and the rest might be lbm, the shorter your cycle was, the lower the lbm count. maybe if you did IGF, insulin and 2g of t, then the lbm percentage might be higher.

whether you keep your lbm or not is a matter what your genetics permit you to hold on to naturally. would you have been able to gain that mass without steroids, it would only have taken longer? then just continue to train hard and eat a good amount of protein. if your cycle did lift you over your natural limit then you will lose regardless of what you do.

If you want to keep more of your gains wait until next cycle. You will need to do more research. Your diet and routine are important. PCT is key. Knowing how to time it is the difference. If you time it wrong you will get shut down hard.
Most of all... knowledge will help you keep more of your gains.
