How do I keep my Gains?

In my 7th week of test cycle-Cyp- and was wondering how do I keep the gains I have made, or at least minimize the losses. My pct is hcg, clomid and nolva. Any suggestions?
 
how are you structuring your pct?
getting your endogenous test production kickstarted as quickly and effectively as possible will definitely help you hang on to gains, but just as importantly is to eat to accomodate your new muscle, as was illustrated on a thread yesterday when a member here had lost almost all his gains after an effective pct-he calculated his bmr BEFORE the cycle, not taking into account his new muscle, and was inadvertantly eating below maintenance.
 
How long is your test cyp cycle?
Are you running anything with it?
Is this your first cycle?

Wait 10 days after your last shot of test, then start PCT.
Get your hormones balanced and your natural test levels up again with PCT
The rest is about diet and proper workout / rest
 
basal metabolic rate. the amount of calories your body requires to carry out all of its biological functions and remain at the same bodyweight.
 
gixxerman, i dont mean this to sound like a flame, but you have started a thread saying you want to do either a test/tren or a test/anadrol cycle, and you dont even know what "bmr" stands for? i find that slightly worrying to tell the truth.
 
yeah dont worry buddy..i just didnt know the abbreviations....i know how the body works with calories and gaining and losing weight.
 
extra protein and carbs will keep the weight regrdless of natty test production. without the food, natty test doesn't have anything to work with.
 
say i do run tren with test..i have access to Tren A which i know is a short ester...how would i dose it and how often and how long do i take?? i usually run test for 12 weeks at 500-600 mg ew.
