I do 1000mcg with a 29 gauge slin subq in belly one every three or four days....sometimes I do it daily for the first five....lol not sure if thats of any benefit other than liking to poke a little too much
I only use it pre-workout. I find that it gives awesome short-term energy. I take 1500 mcg, 400 mg r-ala, and 2 grams ALC. It's very good for a pre-workout boost.
