How do I fix my quads after I broke them

Played softball last Sunday without stretching enough apparently because the day after and through about Thursday my quads and groin was sore (trouble walking). So today I spent a good half hour stretching my quads and hams and groin and the first play I pull both my quads. How the hell?

What do I do now?
 
I would suggest usiing heating packs and alternating with cold packs. If the pain persist more than a few days i would suggest going to a doctor. If the pain is severe then there is no use in being tough goto a hospital and get it checked out.... But don's train legs if there hurt in anyway because you may cause the problem to become worse...
