how do feel when post cyle crash hits ya?

i been on test 300-400 mg per week for about 10 weeks, i took my last shot 3 weeks ago, im starting to get funny feelings and feeling like a drunked sailer without the beer.. how long does it take for you guys to start crashing post test cycle? how long does t last..

i feel as if there is a dark cloud hovering over me at all times for the last couple days:(

Use the roidcalculator (i don't remember the link) and see how much test you have leftover in your system. That way you'll figure out when you're really off the gear and there's no more half life in you. That's probably when you should start feeling like shit.

for me when the clomid hit in, I was an emotional rollercoaster... finding that I was almost in tears when watching movies sometimes. It was controllable, and now I have lived inside hte mind of a woman. That was about the 2nd week of clomid therapy for me, and it lasted about 1 week after I stopped clomid therapy (but the week after might have been more in my head... but Im not sure on the halflife of clomid myself)

I generally feel weak. Like an off day everyday. Ya know when ya just can't get into your workout. That and a little depressed.

When you're in a full blown crash it feels exactly like mono. You are weak, depressed, feel like crap except for the first 30 minutes after you eat. Training is futile and you don't want to get out of bed. Untreated it will last from 6-8 weeks. This is why we suggest having some dbol around to take upon rising when you start to crash. It may take longer to recover, but necessarily so, and you're not a miserable wreck while you do recover.

Ya I've been dragging my ass around for 6 or 8 weeks now but things are starting to get better. Can't wait to start again. Salty

This thread has got me thinking.... What if you sere to gradually reduce the dose over 6-8 weeks instead of going straight to zero. ie. lets say that you finished 8 weeks of test at 400/week. the following week you go down to 300, then 250, 200,....50, and finally zero, while adding estrogen therapy like clomid. Would this help your natural test slowly get kick started while reducing the dose and therefore one would experience less side effects or is stopping cold turkey reccomended???

This is a scary thought, cos I'm coming off my cycle in 2 weeks its gonna suck!!! One of my friend crashed big time and affected his mood, training, apetite and was tired all the time. shit, I'm gonna love it (NOT!).

I used to go through this. But now i don't. I reduced my dosages and durations with nice tapers. I also eliminated all nondrolone compounds. I stick to mostly test and recover just fine.

With proper PCT I don't "crash."

I still feel fine. The only thing I notice is that in the gym, I can't do as much volume as I do when on.

I agree. With the right PCT which for me include herbal as well as clomid, the crash is not bad. I always feel fine. The herbals really help. I just began adding them to PCT along with clomid and it works so well I no longer dread time off. Piece of cake.

some of my crashes put me down so hard that my workouts seemed pointless, that is if i could even drag myself there. but now I always use clen, and haven't had a problem yet. it gives me that extra boost of energy to get there and keep my workouts intense.

Maybe it's my age but i haven't really felt a "crash" luckily. The only thing i notice is that i'm not as aggressive in the gym and i get sore more easily.

Only thing I notice post cycle is that I'm not as energetic and I can sleep more than while I was on. I lose some strength but maintain most of it since I never go on really high doses anyway. As for sex drive I always have it. Not like when I'm on but still good to go.

BTW - Been off now for 3 weeks. :)

Oh yeah I definately still am really aggressive but I don't have as much endurance. As well I definately notice the soreness now. I mean I get really sore but then again my intensity is still high. But it's all good since I still train my muscles groups once a week.

one way to avoid the crash is.....NEVER COME OFF!!!!

Great advice buddy! Nothing like messing yourself up for life!

If you are really worried about the crash ... hit it with everything possible.

All herbs noted for help, Nolva, Arimidex, HCG. Creatine for the gym, or maybe some thermos to help with the motivation thing.

Ulter, you don't think an equal amount of var will do just as well?
I can't take dbol, it doesn't agree with my sytem

I have a very simple recipe that works wonders

End your cycles with a mild drug such as anavar or primo

Never end a cycle with Tren or Deca

Focus on the following problems:

Lack of Energy
Mood/ Lack of drive
Restarting test production

So with that in mind the following drugs help

AM 10mg Dbol (or anavar, but dbol is superior)
Clenbuterol (slowly ramping up)
Clomid (some can't tolerate so Nolva instead)
HCG
Low dose Arimidex
B-12
L-Tyrosine (love it!)
All those helpful herbs and Nootropics(that I don't really use anyway)

PCT is a big deal, that's why short cycles don't really make sense in the long run.

I've done 3 cycles, and always feel better immediately when coming off. I hate the tiredness, constant pumps, acne, etc. If you cycle properly you should never crash.

It seems that about a year ago on this forum alot of bros were talking about Prolactin and its relationhip to HTPA recovery. Lots of experimentation with Bromo, Deprenyl, Cabergoline, Vitex etc. etc. Why havent I heard much more about that aspect of PCT lately?
