I like making curries, which means using generous quantities of herbs and spices.
But recently, i've read that spices, legumes, nuts and seeds all contain significant amounts of phytoestrogens which apparently have estrogenic properties.
But how much of a hindrance are phytoestrogens?
I would be ready to ditch any foods if it means it will help to create a more anabolic hormonal environment.
