how can I get veins ?

Hold your breath.

That will make them stand out really fast.

Genetics have nothing to do with the fact that your diet, training are out of wack. I'm assuming they are that is, if you are seeing absolutely no vascularity after X weeks? Study diet and cardio in the am empty stomach, if youre on gear...that's even better, you'll see results quicker
 
I know guys in our gym that would love to have viens that bulge out and have single digit bf. I don't know if they just stick out for some people or not . I had viens that bulged out when I rode my bicycle (13 ) and continued for all my life. Now that I 54 ,theres viens in my legs and arms that are like ropes,freaky viens as one guy calls them. I'd say if you do Winny,Eq ,anavar in one cycle and cardio(not my favorite) that will tell you if your going to get them to stick out. Then again ,maybe you won't .
 
Get BF down low enough, gaining muscle would help as well. Lots of guys like EQ for this. I find it over rated myself. I can tell you that Winny or Tren will give you lots 'o viens.
 
I am not genetically vascular either. I am a competitive bodybuilder, my bf% obviously gets well into the single digits. I am still not as vascuar as some of my friends who don't have an ab in sight. It is genetic, don't let people bullshit you. Obviously getting lean and hard helps, but like I said it's not the same for everyone.
 
Lose as much bf as possible. I have viens all over now.. didn't really before other than my forearms. Now I have them in my abs, pecs, delts, bi's, tri's, quads, hammi's etc. What have I done differently? I mapped out a sick diet for getting lean and followed it to a T. I work my ass off in the gym too. I rarely do cardio... four to five times a month!
Get your diet in check! It makes all the difference in the world. If you BF is low it will make all the difference in the world!

I was much more vascular at a lower bodyfat level. Lots of volume work seemed to encourage veins too. I'm after size and strength now so it's not important to me.
