and im now doing my offseason.
but im not looking for a cut waist, im looking for a thight waist.
after a few years of training whit a lot of basic exercises and overeating sometimes ive discovered that my waist has become more big.
i want to tighten it up again.
im doing vacuum exercises, but that all i know.
what more can i do?
