How Big?

depends, some days i'll have a whole side of beef for breakfast others just a single slice of toast.
 
Sometimes I can't get myself to eat much but If I go for a run in the morning .... I am STARVING when I get back.
 
I do AM cardio - usually run - so I need to eat. But I eat like Tyrannosaurus Rex anyway, so every meal is big.
 
If I'm lifting it's 10 eggwhites and 1c. oats and If it's a cardio day I have 10 eggwhites then about 1-1.5hrs after cardio I have 6oz. chicken and 1c. oats.
 
I usually have 4 Eggo waffles with a banana cut up and maple syrup and brown sugar when I have time. If I have more time I'll add 4 fried eggs and a couple pieces of buttered toast to dunk in the yokes. :p

10 eggwhites? sure ur not going overboard?

Nah bro. If I had to diet I'd be bitter, pissed, and wouldn't feel like working out, plus I'd end up overeating anyways. I eat whatever I want, but work out/run that much harder because I have the energy for it. I'm not cut but when I suppose when I get to the point where I can't see my abs without flexing then I'll eat a little cleaner for a while.
 
300-350 calories

1/3 cup raw oatbran (20d carbs)
1 scoop protein powder (30g prot)
1 tbs flax seed meal (4.5g fat)
