When I started they were around 13 and, once I started lifting correctly and such they grew to about 14.5. I've only bulked once and had to stop and tons of on-and-off lifting going on for me. I finally learned no matter what, life is going to intervene on me every time I get into a groove and I have to work around it, not stop and adjust, but work and adjust.
