how big is big enough?

SwolK: I don't agree with that one at all... I see differences DAILY. Good, or bad... i notice them.

n2juice2: How big is big enough?... muscle dismorphia sucks... I know what you mean bro. Call it bigorexia. Never big and cut enough... it's a sickness.

Your stats = Big fuckin' dude though bro... I'm sure for a fact you'd tower over plenty of people in my town. I guess in the end we must try to be content with what we have... but for now I'm focused on breaking the 220 lb mark with low bf and damned near as proportional as I can get.

Thanks for the encouragment, I think your right- "in the end we must try and be content with what we have."

being content means being complacent, being complacent is no good. dont lose the drive to improve no matter how you may derive it.

It's just human nature to get used to things, it fuels our need for progress. I think it IS an addiction of sorts. You get tolerant to your size/strength and then need more. But anyone who's packed on some meat knows that even when they feel dissatisfied they're much happier with their body now than they were in the beginning. Growing can't be exciting all the time, but satisfaction from progress should still drift in and out to a sane person. And don't forget that your size still has positive effects on other people's perceptions of you. Men respect you more and women want to grope you.

Its funny, i will think I look no different when on cycle, or afer a cutter...Then later on down the road, I look at a pic of myself, and think wow I looked damn good.. Unfortunately, Im never happy at the time

during the winter I feel small & weak. then spring rolls around at which time and start the motorcycle road racing season and then I feel oh so big and slow, it's not good to be involved in 2 conflicting sports................very hard on the mind

Im 6 foot and been up to 255 lbs when bulking and still felt small. I am always striving to grow, and do not think it will ever be enough. The only thing that is going to stop me is the process of aging. I figure I may have another good 10 years left in me, Im 36 now.
