I just measured my bis...15.25 inches...I went up by almost and inch during this cycle....but I still feel a whimp...

damn three posts and already better than mine..the weird thing is I am only 15.25 but my arms is what people complement the most...I wanna be 18 inches!!!!

16 cold, unflexed. They've been as high as 18, but that was when I was around 19%bf. I'm 13% now.

Unfortunetly, by the time I hit 10%, they'll probably be down to 15 inches. Oh the humanity!
