I agree with you is that you in your avatar? you're looking very solid.. very nice.. you must be tall, your upper body seems long, it's a good look especially when you get real cut, but where did your hair go? I may get bashed for this.. but I think everyone looks good with some hair :X

I don't think measuring your arms is so bad. It is the easiest way to know if you are making progress with your arms IMO.

Just as an aside, guys with big arms and nothing else look terrible.

Thanks variation, I'm actually kinda short though, just under 5'9". There are full sized pics in the pic forum that show the smae pose as the avatar. Because of my frame my arms look way bigger than they are. I've had guys with arms over 2" bigger than mine saying they wished theirs look like mine. Thats when I stopped caring about actual size

You guys need to seriously relax, i asked out of curiousity to compare meaurements. I measure all body parts to see what gains I have accomplished. Maybe the rest of the pricks that replied here with smart ass comments dont measure because they dont gain anything from there shit ass routines.
