How BIG are you?

I did this type of thread a long tiime ago and it was very interesting, I want to see how big everyone is, remember if you lie you're only lying to yourself---I'm 5'11" 286lbs. still offseason so I'm guessing about 14 or 15%, maybe more
 
Just big enough that its finally obvious that I workout.

6'2", 231, 14.1% bodyfat (going to work on it, just don't want to loose what beef I do have)

18" arms, 49.25" chest, 17" calves, 17.25" neck

Looking forward to my second cycle in about a month!

Looks good, what did your first cycle look like? I just moved to Vegas from San Jose, where are you located?
 
Both of you have excellent stats.

I am 6'3, 250 currently, 11%. My goal is to hit 300-330 off season. I know when my waist goes over 34 inches, it's time to back off a bit! LOL

I'm in South San Fran, near Daily City, so I'm about 45 miles north of San Jo :)

First cycle was wimpy, didn't want to freak out people at work or break the bank, Ttokkyo sust 250 for 10 weeks, just 250mg a week. Ended up doing decently, 14 pounds of meat while losing a little bodyfat (down from 15.4%).

Next cycle should be more typical, would love to put on and keep a good lean 20 pounds and drop some bodyfat slowly as well :)

Test cyp 600mg 10 weeks
dbol 35 mg weeks 1-4/5 (undecided)
Deca 200mg 10 weeks
 
Damn your a monster G dogg, how much weight do you usually put on in the off season. Also how old are you.

I've gotten up to 311 last year and I compete at around 245-250-I am 24 years old

What show did you do and how much did you weigh in at? What are your plans now?
 
5-10 206 8 percent bf 17.5 inch arms cold

one cycle under my belt...lots of research and knowledge of aas over the past 8 months of reading everyday for hours

getting ready for the fall big one!!!! 225 6% is the goal by jan wish me luck
 
This is also embarrasing for me...

5'11" 190lbs 8%BF

My Dad played offensive line for Purdue, so I luckily have(his)great wheels. However, I was "genetically" robbed in the upper body... I've got a freaky chest(thank God for that), but my arms are only 15.5". Can seem to make them grow no matter what I do.

seated incline hamer curls

isolation hamer curls on the preacher

end of your workout take the tri rope, have a buddy take one end of it and you at the preacher with the end of the tri ropes (the side that vs with the two balls on the end)...with him putting pressure pull up and then do negatives after for 15 reps 2 sets...
 
Hey scotty I was blessed with wheels too, that is prolly the best bodypart you could be blessed with when it comes to bodybuilding
 
Thanks H.I.- My Arm Day is tomorrow, I'll be doin up like that. That movement with the rope you suggested, I think I've seen it done with a towel before.
 
G-Dogg- I agree! I've got sick Hams Bro... the Quads and Calves are nice too. Several years of competitive cycling and soccer(before I started BBing) helped me get legs like that.

Next sunday i am starting a mass cycle and hoping to get up as far as 254-265 lbs

G-Dogg- I've been reading your thread about your work-outs with Paul... you guys have an incredible work ethic at the Gym. That, coupled with your current stats... you will no doubt actualize your goal, very soon obviously.

My goals... I just love being part of the culture of BBing. My life has been nothing short of AMAZING since I got into it 3 years ago. I have no aspirations to compete, but I love BBing.
 
well its like this, i assume you were referring to my post :D

week 1-2: 1000mg test enthanate(iranian)800mg deca(norma)
week 3-8: 500 mg test enthanate/ 400mg deca
week 6-11: 80mg trenbolone ED(IP)
week 9-11: 100mg test prop ED(virormone)
week 1-4: 10iu Novorapid post workout, starting with 5 iu building up gradually.
week 8-11: 10 iu Novorapid post workout
Week 1-11: 0.5mg Arimidex
Week 12-14: Clomid. starting with 300mg then 10 days 100mg and for the rest 50mg/d
I also have femara and nolvadex

goals is 185 lbs at 5-6% BF.

I don't compete and have no need to be freakishly huge.
 
6'2" 244 at the momment. BF% is on the high side, but I had nothing to lean down too before my 1st cycle, now I can't wait to diet as I am wrapping up my first cycle now. It's important to note my goals have recently changed allot. I don't know my measurements at this time other than 36inch waist and 17.25 arms.

6' , 210 lbs @ 17%f. No gym for about 2 months...and I've been living off fast food for the same amount of time.

No biggie tho. I'll get down to around 10% in about 7 weeks. Then it's bulking time.

No juice either, btw.
 
5' 10" 205 Probably a Fat Assed 15% but coming down slow.
but I've never bothered to measure Fat or Arms.

Good news is that the fat % is coming down, and the body weight is about the same...
 
6'2" 207 ~ 12% bf not sure about measurements

This is small.. but last July I was

6'2" 165 4% bf

Not big here, just ok IMO: 6' , 210 lbs, 7% BF, sounds like I'll be stuck this way forever ..... :(
 
I'm probably only slightly bigger than manny at 212...probably close to the same bodyfat.... that's what happens when your car breaks down almost on the precise day you're coming off a cycle and it costs you 30 dollars round trip for a cab do the gym. I'm hoping to quickly get back up to at least 217 @ 7-8%, I was looking pretty good then....
 
IM 5'6 225 AT 6-7%BF GETTING READY FOR A SHOW THIS LAST OFFSEASON I WAS 250 AT ABOUT 11 TO 12 %BF MAYBE A LITTLE MORE, ARMS ARE 21 INCHES SIX PACK WITH VEINS STARTING TO COME OUT ALREADY ANDE I'M 8 WEEKS OUT FROM MY SHOW. I SHOULD DO REAL WELL.

When I graduated H.S., I was 140 lbs. I had good strength, but thin as a rail. Most of my gains have come in the last 3 years due to tweaking my diet, and 190 lbs is really not that big at all. So your goals are attainable, in given time.
 
5'7 165 natural.

Not huge, but with a genuine 28" waist and tiny joints, it looks good:). Never measured bodyparts, just use the mirror as my guide.

Would like to compete in a natural contest next year.
 
5'8 210 lbs, def. under 10 % bf(prob 7-8)
a couple PRs: squat- 405x3
close grip bench 315x6
incline db press 145x6
military press 225x6
10 pullups with a 45 lbs plate hanging from me
seated cable row 300x6(with good form)

been training for 4 years, dieting for around 2...going to do a bodybuilding show next year.
