I thought about it a year ago...then I decided to wait. I started gaining weight and getting stronger through eating every 2 hours and lifting harder. I felt my intensity in the gym was not where I wanted it to be, so I changed that aspect of my training.

I have some pics...I posted them a while ago...with this whole new system, who knows ifthey are still accessable?

I was 196 a year ago. Now I am 220lbs...a little chubby. I am benching 315 for 8 sold reps...365 for 5 to 8 and 405 for 3 to 5 reps.

But now I am starting to go down in my lifts. Time to change things up.


I think I might add a little D-bol starting on Monday...about 30mg a day.

sorry its grams of course :rolleyes: no not a lot of water but i might wanna run it with 50 mg proviron/d next time just because i love it :horny:

I remember your pics, you are all natural if I remember correctly.

There is a great debate over losing all your gains after DBOL. I have a friend who has done 2 all dbol cycles and maintained around %75 of his gains.

Yes 13 years of being all natural. What is a few D-bol a day? that really isn't a cycle. I know I will keep my gains. One, being all naturla I know what it means to work my ass off. I know when I get off of D-bol, I will have to work even harder to keep what I have gained.

Does everyone really think 30mgs of d-bol is considered a cycle?

I am really jealous about your gains. Guys like you have the sort of genetics I can only dream about. I could never achieve anything like that naturally no matter how well I trained.

As for the 30mgs od Dbol, anything more than 20mgs a day is a level which could be classified as a full-on cycle. I agree with ready2explode. If you are going to use steroids then do a proper cycle. Dbol really needs to be stacked with something like Test, Eq, or Deca if you want to get the most out of it and keep as many of your gains as possible. You should at least follow the dbol intake with test.

It sounds like you are doing well naturally. You were really well built a year ago so you must be pretty big now with all that extra weight. I think you would get explosive gains on steroids since your body responds so well. Keep up the good work!
 
Thanks for the positive feedback. I just wnat to try a little something to see how my body reacts. I figure A-BOMBS are too much, and sticking a needle in my butt does not sound to appealing right now.

I will let you all know how things turn out.

Right now I weigh in at 215 and 7 oz. I lost a few pounds. I figure I lost 5lbs in the past two weeks due to my new MT. BIKE schedule. I am off the bike and eating more. I just ate 6 meals today...damn I am full 24/7...that is a good thing.

I know I will gain about 10lbs. I am going to see if my HArd training and heavy diet will keep the pounds on I gain. A lot of my friends said I have great genetics. I nver get sore joints and I am squatting 500 for 5 to 8 good reps. Also, my bench has gone down a little. I am now hitting 365 for 3 to 5 reps with help and 405 2 to 4 reps with help. before I was doing 405 for 5 sold reps. I think I am over traiing on chest. I need to hit and get out. Hell I have been doing this for 13 years I think I know my body well enough to know when it is time for a change.
