You don't see them much around here. So I guess I'll start w/ some of mine. Still need work as w/ everything else but coming along so far. Any suggestions?

squats: (2) warm up sets, 4 X 10 working sets
leg press 3 X 10-12
leg extension 3 X 10 w/ last set a drop set
stitting leg curl 3 X 10
lying leg curl 3 X 10
sissy squat 2 X 25 weighted
Cardio is 4-5 times/wk.
