homebrewing? Get extra filters. That was the dirtiest place I have even been to in my enitre life. I would blow my nose and al sorts of nasty stuff came out. And it constantly smelled like shit. There are alot of diseases over there that are not even in the U.S. I would use extreme caution doing that. Are you in the military or are you a civilian contractor? If you are a civilian then I say go for it, if you are in the military....I wouldnt risk it. I used to work legal administration in the Marine Corps and even though most illegal things sent in the mail get through, if you are the one to get caught....you are screwed.

We had guys get nailed for hash buying it from the third country nationals but that was because someone ratted them out for walking around chink eyed. they can get almost anything on the black market. The hash was being sold right in the laundry drop off and the tv room building. I could saw alot of guys on aas over there. Make sure your drinking your water. It is seriously life or death if your on aas over there. If you dont go ouside the wire no worries. Infantry leads the Way!! One more thing if your out on patrol and you stop in on of the pharmacies while your doing a search look at the drugs. They self medicate over there. Hmmm.

Reason I asked is because I applied for a job to work over in Iraq.. (Tax free money if you stay like 300 days out of USA) anyways, I remember being interviewed and the lady told me no alcohol at all over there. Maybe something to do with their religion..I might have to ask my arab friends about that.. Sh*t, they drink like fishes when I see them at the bars over here..

We used to buy liquor from the Iraqi's all the time. You just have to find the ones that sell it. I think its the shiites that dont drink alcohol, we bought it from sunnis. We called it Iraqi slut whiskey...horrible stuff but it would fuck you up.
