I remember when I drank and drove I was really tanked and took an on ramp that I never usually took. Almost went over the dang thing.
Scared the living shit out of me.
Shouldn't have been so stupid as to do it again!
Well whatever, another country heard from, right...Sure you dont need a lecture.
here in Ma they have the melanies law...You do 30 days in house, or 14 day inpatient care, or if the judge likes you you may get outpatient classes and services..All with probation and pee tests..And obviously loss of license and after you receive it again you Have to get the antilock device on it. And of course it is MA out of all 3 possible situations you obviously get rammed up the ass in fines. (this is 2nd offense)...3rd offense you are most likely fucked here in MA.

2 fucking times no less...You should have learned the first time..There are victims out there, you took a huge risk in what you did..And you know what asshole, for your fucking attitude you deserve a hell of a lot more than house arrest!
I wish I was in that fucking court room, but I am willing to bet then you were not stating it was victimless, you was prob all willing to suck the DA's cawk so you could get let off on easy charges begging for their acceptance to your apologies for your wrongdoings. For committing a crime. PAL, all crimes have victims. There is NO such thing as a victimless crime, not possible...
