hou do you guys take flax oil

i got my first bottle of flax seed oil yesterday and when i took a straight tablespoon of it today, i just spit it back out...it has the worst taste...how do you guys consume this oil? does anyone mix it with anything to take the taste away?

Hold your breath
Take the Flaxseed oil
keep holding breath and drink some water and eat 1/2 pickle
NOTE: do not hold too long, passing out might be an issue

seeds here, just add them to my oatmeal in morning, i like the subtle crunchy texture it gives the oats

I just down the Flax. It is not that bad. Taste pretty good with my cottage cheese.
