has anyone used this hotstuff superx my uncle used it several years ago when he was into lifting and said it was the best there was and made lots of gains. i tried a jug ofit and didnt seem to get much is the new stuff the same as the hotstuff superx marketted in the mid 90s??

No way! The old Hot Stuff had all kinds of proven mass-builders like smilax, boron, dibencozide, and bull testicle extract or something like that.

...garbage, pure garbage. (and yes, I was a jackass back in the day and bought a tub of it myself. lol )
