^^^ check blood pressure. if u can not afford to buy one at least go use one of the machines in a drug store or mall. u may be like me , if i look at db i bloat at bp takes off

yeah my face got a little warm yesterday. I turned the temp down to 69 degrees and felt normal. My assistant walked into work and he said it was freezing.

BP .... I've used nolva before and didn't get any hot flashes.. That could be because i use it at night tho.... IMO check the obvious first: water intake - bp - Diet... Did you get hot face right after taking the dbol or a short while after? etc... could be alot of things

Could be the dosing times... You might be flucuating levels too much.. I would try 10mg in the AM with bfast then the other 10 at lunch or 1 hour prior to workout then nolva at night.

ive used dbol and nolva in most of my past cycles and i have never experienced this. sounds like bp. check it often.

I've always had this from D-Bol. My body temp always seems to run hot and it always gives me a feeling of well-being and optimism about life in general. You should definitely follow the guys' advice and check your bp often, but don't trip out and ENJOY!!

Also, I'm no expert, but you should not be taking D at night. You should always dose orals in the AM. The reason is your natural test levels peak at around 4:00 AM while you're sleeping (that's why your soldier salutes when you wake up). If you take Db before bed, it's hanging around at 4:00 AM telling your nuts, "shut down, there's plenty of test around, don't produce anymore testosterone." Therefore, you should take it after that daily peak is over (right when you wake up).

I suck at explaining this stuff. Anyway, I agree with Karachi. Do the two doses of d before noon and only use Clomid/Nolvi if you have to.
