it's self rising flour......
For it to be effective there are several things you must do first-
1. get in a good 45 min cardio session after taking a fat burner(ECA stack). This will get your body temp up....
2. during the last 15 mins of the cardio session you need to pop a yeast cake under your tongue and hold it there.
3. As soon as you finish your cardio.....down a mrp shake....best choice would be myoplex. The key is when you mix it up to put two tablespoons of self-rising floor in your shake.
When you down the shake, it sends the flour and the yeast straight into the muscle cells.......the result is a pump much like after an intense workout. The effects do fade, you'll only retain like 65-70% of your gain. So to offset this potential problem, you have to drink at least three shakes a day. Over a period of time the gains are incredible.
Make sure the yeast cake is fresh.....otherwise you may only retain 30-45% of your gains.
I call this the "dough boy stack".....its incredible.
