Horrible abdominal cramps

RT10

They were so bad I was crouced down in a ball for 15 minutes until it stopped. :freak:
Which one below do you think is causing it?
I'm using:
800 EQ week
50 Anavar ED
150 Fina EOD

Honestly, there's a possibility that it could be what you ate...but last year I was running maxigan eq alone @ only 400mg per week and I had pretty bad abdominal cramps.....it wasn't just an isolated incident either....my cramps lasted for a short period almost ed until the end of my cycle.

I had a cramp in my mid to lower abs a couple of weeks ago. This was definetly not from something I eat. I could feel that it was the muscle that cramped up and not just my stomach not feeling well. They got so tight that I couldn't stand up straight for a few seconds, until it went away.

Lately my forearms and hams have been cramping or coming very close to it.

I'm on sust and eq right now, plus I drink about 6 litres of water (over a gallon for you non-metric guys), and a couple of bananas a day.

are you sure you didn't just eat a bad taco or something ?
No, definitly wasnt stomache pains, my abs were so cramped I could see the knot poking out through my skin.

Maybe its that time of the month. Seriously though, eat a banana or two a day and see if they go away. Also try and drink some more water.

Anavar. Try a day without it and see if the cramps go away.

well then I would bet its a muscle strain or pull, but if it is cramping thats not related to exertion , make sure you get some gatorade type beverage in with the large volumes of H20 you are consuming ( excess H20 will diffuse your electrolytes and that can lead to cramping) If it was an isolated event , I wouldn't worry too much .

I'm probably imagining it worse than it was, but if I had a freaking knot poking through my skin - I would be seeking professional help, not asking a bunch people what they 'think it could be.'
