everyone...i know some of you have gone thru this a great ordeal and it is the worst possible thing to have happen to someone...
a couple months ago i hurt my back playing basketball lower back maybe i didnt stretch enough or whatever...but now its been enouf time...its my lower right side of my back its definetly the muscle but i dont know what to do i stretch my hammy's like a mother f'er....and i dunno i just tried to train legs in the gym and went thru the pain...and now its killing me when i bend at certain angles...i can hardly squat, leg press, do deads or the likes...
any1 experinece this problem
