Not true. I've seen dudes pull off the mini dog thing before. I was on a plane once where a dude pulled a mini dog out of his duffel bag...it looked like a squirrel. I thought the chick sitting next to him was gonna get down in the aisle on her crotch and start grinding her way towards the cockpit like a cat in heat.
