Wow, sounds like that might be right up my alley. I have a hard time with appetite control since I have trouble getting my hands on ephedrine!

it works for 80% of people. less so for caucasians, maybe 70%.
it kicked ASS for me. I could go weeks w/o solid food if i wanted (group with Optifast and watch the lbs melt off) and never feel hungry.
Get dietex. Or more expensive legit deserburn.com
Combine hoodia with the diet regimen of your choice and cardio - and you have a golden weight loss plan people dream about.
Too bad most of america has been so jaded about pills cuz of the unscrupulous diet industry. It's hard to tell people 'take this pill, it'll stop your hunger and make you lose weight'. They just roll their eyes. Even if it's true (it is) - you feel cheesy for even saying it.
20lbs in 2 weeks for me - can't argue with that.

Hell, I need stuff to make me eat MORE! I barley can get in 2000 healthy calories in without wanting to puke by 2nd break at work.

What I might say is that if you are hungry all the time, are you eating enough? I cut on 1800 calories. Changing the diet every 3-5 days in response to my updated bodyfat measure & training, etc. My thought is that your body tells you when you aren't getting enough fuel / nutrients. "Hunger", the kind that makes you want to eat stuff vs its time to eat is a different thing. If you've been on a very clean & targeted diet for 3 weeks (i.e. time enough to clear out & "detox" from any sugar or junk that you tend to eat & get rid of the cravings) and you are still getting violent hunger pains then I'd revisit my diet and make sure it is enough and the right combination of stuff. I'm a huge fan of carb cycling, so that may be an option for you as well.
