My post workout shake is 2 scoops Cytogainer, 1 scoop problend 55, tbs of flax oil, 10g glutamine peptides, 10g creatine monohydrate, bannana (sp?), milk, and ice cream. Oh, and dont forget the NATURAL peanut butter (Jif and shit like that have hydrogenated oils in them, hydrogenated oil=BAD FAT).
