looks incredible. HOw is your training going mekannik? You seem very knowledgable
 
In mid-stall. Especially after seeing some of your videos.

My (somewhat condensed synopsis).

I lifted for size, then strength, now power. I love oly lifts. Snatch the most.

Right now I'm training for a deadlift/bench meet in December with a buddy of mine from work who was a teen Ohio champion (national competitor). After that - I'm cutting back my weight from 240 to 225 via bodybuilding and such for 3 months. Then back to Cleans, Snatch, and Front Squats. Close Grip Bench for good measure.

I'm still trying to figure out the mess over on the Training Board re: Good Mornings. I'm up to 285 for 3 with an arch (i.e. Russian Deadlift) - but don't use much, if any leg. Guess I have to buy a video camera, record, and post my lifts to start comparing.

But other than that - just sitting back, with a buzz, nice and fat at 240.
 
What do you mean about my vids? Good or bad?
6'2 240 is pretty damn big, you are probably very very strong
 
Vids are great. Just feel kinda of "poser like" for writing - I bench 365, snatch 210, deadlift 500+.... and not having the film to back it up.

Videos lend alot of credibility.

And of course the fear of getting critiqued from Longgggg Island to Australia is the other factor.
