Anyone ever use Power Blocks (quick-weight adjust dumbells) instead of regular dumb bells??? I'm thinking about buying them and wanted to know people's opinion...

I have some and they are good. The weight is very well balanced and they ARE high quality - justifying their price. Look out for the bar attachment that has a docking station at each end so that they may be used as... a barbell!

i have the Nautilus Select Tech Dumbbells...

i have ZERO complaints about them... very good peice of equipement...

only suggestion to them is to make a set that goes higher than 52.5lbs...
