I'm looking at buying a power rack and setting up a home gym in the next month or so. I already have the rubber flooring on order and have a treadmill from a commercial gym. I'm looking at the following two racks.
the powertec rack system

And the new york barbell rack with lat attachment and 200 lb weight stack

I want the lat pull down and low pulley system for my fiancee. I was wondering if anybody had one of these racks and what the pros and cons of these rack are from their use. I know the NYBB knee holder is a quick disconnect so it doesn't get in the way of benching.
How much does the knee holder for the Powertec rack get in the way of incline and decline benching?
I think they are both good investments but was wondering what everyone thought.
