Holy shit that stinks!

I just opened an old shaker with a small amount of shake residue left in it....I found under one of my couches... GOOD GOD, I've never smelled something so foul. Has anyone else ever let a whey shake sit for awhile (month) and then opened it and whiffed it?? this is horrid my whole house smells!

I have one in my bag, god knows how long its been there. I havent dared opening it yet.

I opened some tupperware with chicken in it that had been sitting in the fridge for about 3 weeks, then sitting out for another 2 weeks. I didn't even mean to open it either. I threw it in the trash and the lid came off. Just about cleared the whole shop! One of the nastiest smells ever, and I have left a shake sit for weeks before.

no... i can't believe that any rotting animal would even approach the reekness of this old protein. I think whey has fat soluble airborne particles or soemthing because I'm smelling it on myself now!! ahh shower time. New shaker time as well

I left unflavored protein residue in a shaker in my truck where its like an oven in the summer, it was foul. I think I made a bio weapon on accident.

I keep the lid on and chunk the shit in the trash can in situations like that.

rotten protein drink is pretty bad but a rotten potato is way worse. It smells like road kill.

I left a half filled shaker in my locker once for about six months. I left it out when I went to go workout and when I returned it was missing. I was a lunch time work out so it was busy in there. I checked at the desk and no one turned it in. I hope that leaked in his gym bag....I hate crooks.
