holy schmoly am i sore

i hate doing squats and i think i have a love/hate relationship with doms.
my legs are swollen and i can barely move and i keep groaning every time i have to stand or sit.
i think i'm old.
 
Age doesn't help lol...but that is where you hire a nice young stud to give you a massage....I'm sure there is someone on here who can help lol
 
My knees hurt. Squated last night as well, the doms have not started yet. But they are coming.

i didn't even go heavy (135 x 8, 155 x 5, 155 x 5, 165 x 5, 135 x 8 ) but i haven't been squatting much in the past few months.
 
im always up for massages. i have this sweet deal worked out with a gymnast i hang out with. i manipulate her muscles, she manipulates mine. god, did it feel good last night, and she doesnt even know anything about muscle seperations yet. sugarplum, you wanna be my #2 partner? sometimes the gymnast is all busy, and im always sore!

260 was my max before i sprained my back last year. now i'm careful of my spine. i like to be able to walk.

i'll go look, but i don't train certain body parts, like back- i train for strength.
