Hey fellas,
I'm at the end of week 2 of a 500mg test & 400mg EQ cycle, I've only gained 2lbs. What gives??? My stuff is definitely legit..got it myself in TJ. Sust redijects and Ttokkyo EQ (Boldenon)
Diet is 4500 cal per day with over 300grams protein a day. My stats are 6'0 195. I heard the real results occur in week 3 and on, is this true? Help me out! Thanks guys! Oh ya this is my second cycle, first one was 2 years ago.
 
Patience my friend. Give it AT LEAST another week before you start to notice anything with sust and eq. Keep at it bro, good luck...
 
bro i wouldnt expect to see any magic until week 5 or so...sust has some notoriously long waiting periods...shoulda kick started it with some dbol :(
 
Be sure that you are eating large with high protien and good carbs, that you are training hard with the heaviest wieghts possible and that you are sleeping as much as possible. Anabolics is not going to do it alone its only an aid.

I'm taking 400+ gm of protein a day now and sleeping good, training hard. Got the 160lb dumbbells for 5 the other day. I'd say I'm training hard. I'm eating at least 8-9 meals a day with 50+ gm of protein per meal.
 
Remember that it's not just protein intake that has an effect on nitrogen retention. Overall caloric intake is equally important to induce an anabolic state. Should calories be insufficient, which often times they are, that protein will simply undergo gluconegenesis being converted to glucose to be used as fuel. This renders the protein unuseable for the synthesis of muscle proteins. 2 weeks isn't long enough for a dramatic increase in muscle mass so be patient. But yoou still very well need more tham 4500 calories.

Bro I don't know your stats, but if you are getting 160lb dumbells (bench I assume) then you are probably to "big" for 500mgs/week. You should up to 750 or even 1000. How many cycles have you done?
