Stronger every week. PRs every week. Heavier every week. When is the madness gonna stop?! :)

Anyway, couple of PRs tonight:

Seated OHPs.
5x5 with 190.

Squats.
5x3 with 275.
 
good job......... was the overhead with or without a back support.

good job....just a quick question....whats overheard press?same shoulder press with the barbell bar?
 
From Zero, I have been reading through some of the Old-School stuff and discovered that originally the program was designed to be 3x5 with two of the 5x5 sets being progressively heavier warm-ups.

Wow guys, thanks a lot!! Good motivation here. I love it. :D

To answer a couple questions ...
- It was with back support.
- Bar comes down to my chin (clavicle is very uncomfortable for me).
 
HEY ZERO!!!

I just PR'd yesterday with 190 overhead press too! Looks like we're both on the same track. I'm on the 5X5 too so I PR'd with 5X5 as well.
